School is in session, folks.

Pamela Baker-Miller owns and operates Frances May, a carefully curated fashion boutique in downtown Portland that stocks some of the best independent designers around. After several successful years focusing on women's fashion, she wanted to expand into men's, but felt the original branding was a bit too feminine for the men's market.

Inspired by the school teaching career of Pamela's grandmother (who is also the store's namesake), our rebrand was built from the nostalgia of vintage school supplies. We used typography from old flash cards, stickers of approval and library book slips to give the brand a feeling of a vintage classroom.
